ATM Industry Association has announced the publication of a new guide, "Trends and Practices in ATM Lifecycle Support Management."
The report is based on research conducted by the Retail Banking Consulting Group on behalf of ATMIA.
"This manual looks closely at outsourcing today and how models for channel ownership and service management are evolving and adapting to today's economic conditions," ATMIA CEO Mike Lee said in a press release. "It assesses strengths and weaknesses of implementing different models for management of the ATM lifecycle and shows that there are plenty of opportunities for cost savings."
The study is free for ATMIA members and will be added to the ATMIA Market Intelligence Library.
"Many thanks to Andrew Martin and his team for articulating so clearly the main trends and models deployers can consider in this field," Lee said.
