July 20, 2010
Cardtronics Inc. has signed a $175 million credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., according to a United States Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The new credit facility enabled the Houston-based ATM independent sales organization to terminate an existing credit facility led by BNP Paribas, one of the world's largest banking groups. Cardtronics signed a loan agreement with Paris-based BNP Paribas on May 17, 2005, according to SEC filing, which was posted Tuesday.
Cardtronics' contract with New York-based Chase ends February 2013, but it can be extended to July 2015 under certain conditions.
Cardtronics operates 33,700 ATMs in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
