ATM fraud threatens industry growth in Brazil

Business News Americas: Brazil's ATM industry is at risk of declining growth rates because of excessive fraud, according to a report released by Boston-based consultancy Frost & Sullivan. ATM crime is a global phenomenon but more acute in Brazil because of the popularity of ATMs and the range of services they offer customers, the report says. China, Brazil and India have been identified as the markets with the most potential for growth in the ATM industry.
