ARCA rebrands CTS Group companies

Following its acquisition of the group in December, ARCA has acted quickly to integrate the CTS North America, CTS Cashpro Ltd. and Finsolint divisions.

April 8, 2015

ARCA, a global leader in cash management and payment transactions, has announced the integration and rebranding of CTS North America, CTS Cashpro Ltd. and Finsolint under the ARCA name. The three companies previously were part of the CTS Group, an Italian manufacturer of cash, check and card automation technologies, which ARCA acquired in December.

"This is a significant step forward for ARCA and our customers," company founder and CEO Mort O'Sullivan said in a press release. "This integration expands our portfolio of products, our global presence, and our software development capabilities. I'm excited about ARCA's additional ability to deliver superior value to our customers by creating new efficiencies in everyday transactions."

The integration and rebranding will have several immediate impacts, the release said:

  • existing ARCA bank and credit union customers will be able to further optimize branch operations with a variety of cash deposit devices and instant issuance hardware technologies by CTNA;
  • through CTS Cashpro Ltd., ARCA's retail customers in the U.K. will have access to new products and more flexible service offerings; and
  • the ARCA software team will reinforce its expertise and global market perspective through the integration of Finsolint, whose software solutions automate cash processes at the branch.

ARCA's integration of the remaining CTS companies — CTS Electronics, CTS Cashpro and CTS Solutions — is ongoing, the release said.
