July 31, 2007
CINCINNATI - Airis ATM Technologies, which provides new and refurbished ATMs, depot repair, component upgrades and technical support, has acquired ATM Exchange from Post Browning Inc.
Post Browning, a Cincinnati-based banking-equipment and services provider, acquired ATM Exchange and ATM Plus, an ATM servicing company, in July.
Tom Riley, vice president of sales and marketing for Airis, said the company expects to keep the ATM Exchange brand because of its recognition in the market.
With the addition of ATM Exchange, Airis ATM Technologies: Home of ATM Exchange will provide ATM life-cycle solutions to financial institutions, merchants and service providers, the company says.
"This acquisition brings one of the most recognizable brands in the ATM community to an organization focused on delivering quality and value, while continuously striving to exceed our customers' expectations," said Airis president Joseph Abbo.
