African bank launches top-up service on ATMs

(Africa) IPP Media: Vodacom and National Bank of Commerce in Tanzania have launched recharge services for Vodacom pre-paid subscribers using NBC ATMs. The service, first of its kind in the country, will allow pre-paid mobile-phone users connected in the Vodacom network to recharge their accounts using their ATM cards.
