ATM Components & Technology and ATM Core, third-party ATM service and software providers based in Ohio, have worked together for a number of years. Now the two are pushing what they coin a "revolutionary" product in the ATM marketplace - one that will change the way ATM technicians do their jobs, even when original equipment manufacturers deny or restrict diagnostic tools.
The new product, called ATM Doctor, offers third-party field technicians a way to get around diagnostics.
