Lottery ticket-dispensing ATMs; a good bet?

At ATMIA US 2013, Doug Falcone, EVP of national dealer sales at Cardtronics, explains how the company's lottery ticket-dispensing ATMs work. Cardtronics has deployed the ATMs in Minnesota, the first state to approve ticket sales at the ATM. Several other states are in the approval process.
