Now you can book, pay and print instantly the tickets for an excursion, access all Costa Card services, check the scheduled events when and wherever you want, find all the information that you seek during your cruise holiday, and this is thanks to the interactive totems and the touch screen tables that are on board of Costa Crociere’s ships. These new tools, made by H & S Qualità nel Software S.p.A., are able to guarantee passengers always higher performances, and they can do this thanks to the very high quality of the technology solutions that make them up. Among these, the Custom compact printer VKP80III, contained within the totems and in the touch screen tables, which allows the users to print quickly and safely tickets and receipts, both facilitating the work of operators - since that it holds the second receipt inside - and the passengers’ comfort.

The choice of Costa Crociere has been the printer VKP80III since, if on one side this is the most compact kiosk printer on the market, on the other hand it’s equipped with features able to make it ideal for any kiosk: the roll support is separated from the printer body and it is characterized by an ergonomic loading paper on both right and left side. The connectors are available on the left side or in the rear side (optional). Moreover, the printer is equipped with an anti-jam system with cleaning control system. Ticket issuing and collection are automatic and the collection can be done without having to submit the ticket.
