San Diego-based off-premise ATM deployer XtraCash ATM will drive approximately 700 terminals for New York-based American Express. American Express bought the terminals from New York-based AmeriCash.
After building an MIS infrastructure and an operational back office, XtraCash plans to focus on providing maintenance, cash replenishment and marketing.
Terms of the deal between American Express and AmeriCash - which has been renamed TooLink - were not disclosed.
