April 26, 2004

ATLANTA - Transaction processor Lynk Systems, Inc., has signed a long-term agreement to provide ATM terminal driving and management to Western Reserve Group (WRG) throughout the United States and Canada.

Lynk currently drives more than 800 ATMs for WRG, a number that is expected to grow exponentially during the next several years. Under the terms of the agreement, WRG will deliver Lynk's processing, cash management, monitoring and Web-based terminal management system to its customers.

"It is imperative that WRG aligns itself with a processor that is truly dedicated to the long-term growth and success of our business, said Mike Stevenson, president of WRG Services, in a news release. "This is a very strategic move forward for our company and we are confident that our relationship with Lynk will enhance our offering and allow us to provide an even higher level of service to our distributors."

"The strength of the WRG brand has been solidified in the marketplace over the last few years," said Melanie Chewning, vice president of Lynk's ATM services division. "We are proud to be WRG's preferred processor and believe that our combination of products, sales and services will be a solid choice for their customers."
