Today, the financial services market is dealing with the question of how to implement improved customer service while optimizing the cost position for the bank branch as a sales channel. Against this backdrop, Wincor World 2014 aims to present solutions that will enable the transformation of the bank branch business.
IT solutions and services for bank branches will be the focus of the trade fair, to be held Jan. 21–23 at the A2 Forum in Rheda Wiedenbrück. Together with its partner companies, Wincor Nixdorf will demonstrate how branch processes can be optimized and customer service improved.
At the conference, IT experts and business decision-makers will have the opportunity to visit more than 500 exhibits and attend 50 presentations, workshops and panel discussions.
Demos and sessions will offer strategies aimed at helping FIs restructure their business models and implement future-oriented IT concepts.
Wincor Nixdorf will also demonstrate linked security solutions that protect systems and bank branches against attacks or even prevent attacks proactively through early recognition.
In addition, Wincor World will explore the automation of cash management and transaction processing.
And finally, some of the world's leading banks will report on their strategies and experiences in furthering their business with state-of-the-art IT services.
