WECU, a credit union based in Washington, partnered with NextBranch to replace its ATM fleet through NextBranch's outsourcing model. Under this model, NextBranch will handle equipment, software, security, monitoring and service through a subscription, according to a press release.
"Partnering with NextBranch allows us to modernize our ATM fleet without placing additional demands on our internal team," Malori Schlosser, VP of operations at WECU, said in the release. "We are confident this partnership will improve self-service options for our members while giving our staff more time to focus on building relationships and helping members reach their financial goals."
The company will also use its AutoResolve solution to monitor the ATMs and improve uptime.
