Commerce Bank to offer Greenlight app to customers

Commerce Bank has partnered with Greenlight Financial Technology Inc. to provide Greenlght's family finance app and debit card to its customers. With this tool, families can learn about finances and build good habits early in life, according to a press release.

"Greenlight helps parents turn everyday money moments into meaningful learning opportunities that build confidence and financial responsibility, and we're excited to offer this benefit to Commerce families."

The app offers spending control for kids debit cards, allowances, chore-based payments and the LevelUp financial education game. Any Commerce customer can register for the app.

The app is free, and Commerce Bank customers can receive a $5.99 monthly discount on premium plans.
