Webster Bank, a regional FI ($20 billion in assets) that serves customers from Boston to Westchester County, N.Y, has put the finishing touches on an ATM upgrade that's been in the works all year. A total of 291 ATMs are now personalized, faster and easier to use.
The upgraded system boasts several new features:
"For many of our customers, ATMs are the most popular way to bank," said Jerry Plush, president and COO of Webster Bank. "This upgrade is one more way that Webster enables customers to bank how they want, when they want and where they want. [It] also allows our branch bankers to devote more time to meet the individual financial needs of our customers."
