What do customers look for in a bank? Diebold Nixdorf recently partnered with NielsenIQ to survey 12,000 consumers to find out the answer to that question, and the company will share its findings in a webinar hosted on ATM Marketplace on Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. EST. entitled " won Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. EST.
This webinar, which is entitled "Motivations in modern banking. Beyond the 'who': Understanding why consumers respond in certain ways," will feature: Scott Anderson, VP of brand marketing at Diebold Nixdorf; Anja Popp, senior analyst of global market intelligence at Diebold Nixdorf and Simon Powley, head of advisory services for Diebold Nixdorf.
During the webinar, the panelists will share four key takeaways from the survey and will look into the factors that drive the five banking tech types and how to develop the right customer journey strategy. Panelists will also share how financial institutions are applying the findings of the survey.
