MOSINEE, Wis. - Wausau has announced the release of its Optima3 IMS document-management solution, following a beta installation at Tri City National Bank in Milwaukee.
According to a news release, the solution addresses corporate accountability for records management, offers expanded e-mail archive capabilities and provides powerful tools for internal collaboration. The compliance enhancements within Optima3 IMS provide FIs greater control over managing the retention, disposition and destruction of electronic records, including e-mail.
