Wausau re-launches remote deposit capture under a new name

Mosinee, Wis.-based Wausau Financial Systems recently announced that it has re-launched its remote deposit capture suite under the brand name Deposit 24/7.

Deposit 24/7 is a comprehensive solution that includes mobile-, consumer- and merchant-capture points, enabling convenient and secure data deposit from the office, at home or on the go, according to the company.

Mobile capture allows customers to deposit either personal or business checks via their iPhone, Android and BlackBerry phones.

Consumer capture enables micro-businesses and their consumers to use their flatbed office scanners to copy and deposit a small number of checks into their bank accounts. Merchant capture can work with a back-end remittance system or standalone to process payments within the web client.
