MOSINEE, Wis. - Wausau Financial Systems, a provider of image-based payment processing solutions, announced in a news release that it is the first to integrate with the new OPEX Eagle system through a wide-open image export module.
The Eagle provides the ability for complete transaction processing that provides image quality assurance, courtesy and legal amount recognition, accounts receivable conversion and Check 21 decisioning. ImageRPS' fully integrated ARC module, image quality engine and Check 21 Ready image exchange file exports allow nearly immediate decisioning on the OPEX Eagle, eliminating the need to handle paper outside the mailroom.
"As we move toward complete electronification of payments, the Eagle provides enormous benefits by adding the ability to make image-exchange and best-cost routing to the existing ARC (and) decisioning in the mailroom, (as well as) eliminating much of the need to handle paper," said Patrick Brzezinski, pemittance and ACH product line manager for Wausau. "WFS is proud to be the first to integrate with the Eagle and we look forward to improving efficiencies for remittance processors."
