MOSINEE, Wis. - Wausau Financial Systems announced earlier this month that it has launched a third-generation archive content management solution - Optima3 IMS.
The solution automates exceptions processing by identifying and establishing rules, including change of address, payoffs and disputes, in the workflow lifecycle. Wausau says remittance processors can increase workflow efficiencies by 75 percent with the new solution.
