Visa, National City expand debit, ATM deal

The Associated Press:National City Corp. and Visa Inc. said Monday they are renewing and expanding their existing contract, which includes National City's use of Visa consumer and commercial credit and check-card products, as well as the addition of Visa Interlink and Plus as the bank's primary debit and ATM networks. The regional bank, which is trying to recover from steep losses in the home mortgage market, also will provide Visa's debit processing service.
