Video Display Concepts acquires provider of ATM monitors

TUCKER, Ga. — Video Display Corp., which makes cathode-ray tubes and displays for military, medical and industrial uses, has acquired Display Contents LLC for an undisclosed sum.
According to a news release,Edgerton, Wis.-based Display Contents makes replacement LCDs for ATM upgrades and expects to maintain its brand and existing sales and support office in Wisconsin. Its product design and production will be folded into its manufacturing center in Phelps, N.Y.
