PORTLAND, Ore. - Vero Inc. has named Donna Schultz its vice president of marketing, the company announced in a news release.
Schultz will lead Vero's marketing efforts to increase visibility of its automated check-cashing solution, which includes a proprietary Fraud Detection Engine.
Before joining Vero, Schultz was vice president of sales and marketing for SwiftView, an electronic-document-management software and services provider, where she led sales and marketing initiatives. She also served as vice president of marketing and product management at Harland Financial Solutions.
"Donna has the right blend of experience in both the technology and financial-services sectors," said Dave Grano, Vero's president and chief executive. "She will be integral in leading Vero into the next phase of building our business in the banking and retail markets."
