Velera, Glory to integrate TellerConcierge for self-service banking

"By integrating Velera's Co-op Shared Branch Network functionality into a self-service experience, we are helping credit unions implement a more efficient branch experience with better access and convenience for members, more capacity for staff to serve members, and lower transaction costs through automation."

Amy Evans, SVP, strategic solutions at Vera, said in the release that the partnership "gives participating credit unions a practical way to support shared branch transactions through secure self-service, helping members and guest members complete routine transactions more efficiently while branch teams stay focused on service."
