Vantedge, an analytics and marketing performance company, has launched Vantedge Real-Time Predictive Marketing, a fully managed data-driven marketing service to help credit unions reach individual members with targeted messages at the moment they're considering a purchase.
The subscription-based service combines real-time predictive analytics, dynamic campaign management, personalized multichannel message delivery and ROI measurement with marketing advisory services, according to a company press release.
The omnichannel service reaches individuals via direct mail and email, mobile devices, websites, and assisted channels such as the contact center, branches and ATMs.
Messages are selectively delivered based on key lifestyle indicators — metadata tags derived from the CU's first-party data, third-party credit bureaus and other sources. All data is anonymous; a unique alpha-numeric code is assigned to the member to ensure security and privacy.
Vantedge runs the RPM service on behalf of the credit union. An advisor from the company provides marketing strategy and recommendations, setup, management and execution of targeted campaigns, and shares ROI results from the campaign.
