Associated Press:The U.S. Department of Treasury announced Dec. 1 that it will issue 800 million redesigned, more colorful $10 bills March 2. Alexander Hamilton will remain the bill's featured figure, and the Treasury building will still be on the bill's opposite side. But both images will now be joined by the Statue of Liberty's torch and the phrase "We the People" in red along with small yellow 10s and a subtle orange background.
