MINNEAPOLIS -- U.S. Bank (NYSE:USB) is rolling out an additional 83 ATMs in Holiday Stationstores in 43 cities in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, with deployment scheduled to wrap up by March 13.
U.S. Bank has had a relationship with Holiday Stationstores since 1998 and already has 156 ATMs in the company's stores. This deployment, which is the largest single deployment of ATMs in the Twin Cities area in the bank's history, puts a U.S. Bank machine in nearly every Holiday Stationstore in the Twin Cities.
To promote the new ATMs, Holiday will give away hundreds of prizes, including free gasoline and a trip to Disney World. In addition, everyone who uses a new U.S. Bank ATM will receive a free coupon offer, good at any Holiday Stationstore.
Holiday customers who open a new checking account at U.S. Bank will receive $50 deposited into the new account and their first 200 checks free. U.S. Bank will also refund ATM charges that they may have incurred with the new ATMs prior to opening their U.S. Bank account, up to $15. A U.S. bank spokesperson said new customers who wish to receive the rebate must save their ATM receipts.
Holiday Stationstores owns and operates 300 gasoline station/convenience stores in 11 states across the northern U.S.
