US Alliance Group launches Virtual Terminal, upgrades Remote Deposit

US Alliance Group Inc. announced that it has launched the latest version of its Remote Deposit software, a payment processing solution that allows checks to be deposited to any U.S. bank 24 hours a day. Remote Deposit is now accessible through Merchant Central, a single portal that supports multiple payment methods developed exclusively by USAG.

Using a certified check scanner and the Remote Deposit program, merchants are able to submit checks electronically for payment. Remote Deposit eliminates trips to the bank, replaces photocopying checks, and stores the check images in a paperless environment that allow merchants to view deposits quickly. To simplify account reconciliation, deposit data can easily be exported into a variety of accounting software.

The company also introduced an additional payment processing solution, Virtual Terminal, which allows merchants to process credit card and ACH transactions from any computer 24 hours a day. Single transactions are entered manually or via a magnetic swipe reader. Merchants have the ability to import a file and instantaneously process multiple credit card or ACH payments.
