U.K.'s Nationwide implements ATM CRM solution

NEWPORT-ON-TAY, Scotland - I-design Multimedia Ltd. and Nationwide Building Society have inked a deal for ATM:ad Insight, a new customer relationship management solution from I-design.
 
According to a new release, ATM:ad Insight will go live across Nationwide's ATM network early next year, and will include a range of advanced personalization and targeted profiling features.
 
ATM:ad Insight enhances the capabilities of ATM:ad, allowing financial institutions and third-party advertisers to gain valuable information about the audiences interacting with their campaigns. Insight also enables advertisers to interact directly with customers by inviting them to answer relevant on-screen questions. 
 
"CRM is becoming more and more important through all channels, and the ATM is no different," said Kevin Scott-Evans, head of ATM services at Nationwide. "ATM:ad has been successfully proven as a powerful marketing tool to Nationwide, and these additional CRM features rapidly deliver further personalization and customization at the ATM."
