easier.com: The United Kingdom's Nationwide Building Society is introducing at-a-glance signage for its ATMs - signage that informs customers they will not be charged for using the Society's ATMs. Nationwide is calling on the entire ATM industry to adopt unambiguous, at-a-glance signage. The Society is asking that all free ATMs carry a "free cash withdrawals" sign, and that all charging ATMs carry a sign stating "This machine CHARGES a FEE for withdrawals" on a red background.
