WINCHESTER, England - Independent ATM deployer Cashbox Plc. signed a deal to supply ATMs at Texaco's estimated 1,100 service stations across the United Kingdom.
The first phase, which has already launched, involved 420 sites, the company announced in a news release.
"Texaco is a nationally recognized name and this agreement will significantly enhance our country-wide network," said Cashbox chief executive Carl Thomas. "There continues to be a significant and growing demand for convenient cash, and this agreement forms just a part of our strong pipeline of future ATM installations."
Rights to the Texaco service station network are owned by Chevron Ltd.
