U.K. paves way for more debit use

All (London) Headline News: More than 70,000 credit union members in Scotland, Yorkshire and London are expected to have access to ATMs and direct debits later this year. Credit unions can now offer their members a bank account with a debit card, which can be used in stores and at cash machines.
