Turkish transaction processing provider Bankalararasi Kart Merkezi has teamed with fintech solutions provider Printec Group and financial software developer Inetco Systems Ltd. to launch real-time transaction monitoring. According to a press release, the project is the first of its kind in Turkey.
As the centralized card payments processor for 29 banks in Turkey, BKM has seen significant change, driven by customer needs and behaviors, the adoption of alternative digital service channels and the acceleration of new application rollouts, the release said.
"A big part of becoming truly customer-centric, and successfully launching new payment applications … is providing a customer interaction experience that feels easy and effortless, with continuity across all digital channels," said BKM CEO Dr. Soner Canko. "This is where gaining real-time visibility into every customer transaction becomes crucial. With Inetco solutions provided by Printec, we can move towards a centralized transaction hub to really understand a customer's experience across all channels."
Transaction monitoring and analytics software can help to ensure that digital transactions run smoothly and seamlessly, the release said. And the precise customer transaction data this software provides can help payment processors and financial institutions to meet several objectives:
"Transaction data is the key to connecting every touch point in a customer's lifecycle, with each transaction containing a gold mine of information on what the customer is experiencing, how networks and applications are responding and what the business value of each transaction is from a revenue or service perspective," said Inetco CEO Bijan Sanii. "This valuable information will help BKM define new revenue models, deepen the customer relationship and lower the cost to serve."
"Printec is very excited to work with customers such as BKM and our technology partners such as Inetco to offer best-in-class solutions and really push the boundaries on what is possible when it comes to delivering the ultimate customer experience," said Nazan Arica, general manager of Printec Turkey.
