Travelex intros wholesale banknotes operation in Middle East

Travelex, a foreign exchange company, has introduced its wholesale banknotes operation in the Middle East. With the service, it will provide more than 80 currencies to a range of retail banking and other customers in the region, according to a press release.

"We are delighted to launch our wholesale banknotes operations in the Middle East. Our aim is to become the leading WBN MSB in the MENA region by building out a stellar reputation for reach, reliability, pricing and speed," Batu Dolay, commercial trader, Travelex Middle East, said in the release. "We pride ourselves on our unrivaled ability to source and distribute banknotes across the globe by leveraging Travelex's global vault network, and in 2023 we look forward to building upon growing our client base to establish long-term partnerships across Europe, Asia, the wider MENA region and beyond."

Travelex aims to become the leading banknote supplier in the Middle East with the service.
