Transoft makes N.C.'s Fast 50 list for 2nd year

August 6, 2003

CARY, N.C. -- Cash management software provider Transoft International Inc., recently received notification from Deloitte & Touche confirming Transoft as one of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in North Carolina.

This is the second consecutive year Transoft made the Fast 50 list, according to a news release.

Bo Holmgreen, Transoft president, said in the release, "We attribute this to our dedicated team of employees, who strive to fulfill our vision for Transoft -- in North Carolina and across the globe. We are also very grateful to our loyal customers who believe in our vision, support our efforts and continue to grow with us."

Because Transoft is headquartered near North Carolina's Research Triangle Park, the company is able to attract and retain the superior R&D expertise, Holmgreen said.

Members of the Technology Fast 50 are public or private companies headquartered in North America which had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1998 and $1 million in 2002.

In addition, Fast 50 companies own proprietary technology which contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devotes a high percentage of effort to research and development of technology.

Winners of the 20 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology companies.
