Tranax ships 60,000th ATM

FREMONT, Calif. - Tranax Technologies Inc. announced in an Aug. 9 news release that it has shipped its 60,000th ATM.

Tranax has already experienced unprecedented growth in 2005, with more than 10,000 ATMs sold since January.

"If we maintain this remarkable level of sales, 2005 will be Tranax's most successful sales year to date," said Tranax president and chief executive Dr. Hansup Kwon. "Sparked by the introduction of a new line of Self-Service Terminals, such as the check cashing and destination ticketing SSTs as well as continued enhancements to its current staple of reliable and secure ATMs like the Mini-Bank 1500 and MBS5000, Tranax is enjoying steady growth."
