RESTON, Va. -- Transaction Network Services (TNS), a provider of data communications services for transaction-oriented applications, has joined the Convenience Connexions™ Alliance, a multi-vendor relationship formed by NCR to facilitate new ATM transactions such as check cashing and processing money orders and money transfers. As one of the partners enabling these new ATM functions, TNS is providing the network backbone through the use of its nationwide IP-based transaction network, TNS Connect. The dedicated, private network securely transports ATM transactions to the required processor hosts and transaction partners.
