TestLink acquires ATM Parts Plus

May 14, 2014

Independent ATM solutions provider TestLink USA, part of the TestLink group of companies, has announced its acquisition ofFranklin, Ohio-based ATM Parts Plus.

A news release from Testlink said that the move advances the company’s international growth plans and extends its position as a provider of ATM parts and services worldwide. The enlarged TestLink group employs more than 150 staff across Europe and the U.S. and holds more than $7.5 million in inventory across three global distribution hubs.

ATM Parts Plus specializes in NCR and Diebold ATMs. The business supplies ATM parts all across the United States, and brings significant expertise and parts inventory to support the combined businesses’ ATM parts and service offerings.

“We are pleased to join forces with the TestLink group,” said Mike Minges, president of ATM Parts Plus. “The arguments for bringing the two businesses together were very compelling and the synergies very obvious. We look forward to increasing the levels of service we provide to new and current customers alike.”

The TestLink Group is pursuing strategic growth — both organically and through acquisition — and now serves nearly 2,000 customers in more than 60 countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and the Pacific region, the release said.

“This acquisition is another example of our commitment to our customers and the geographies they operate in,” said Nick Beer, chairman of the TestLink group. “It is wonderful how much our two businesses complement each other, and we are very excited by the opportunities we’ll have to increase our expertise, product range and breadth of services, as well as provide an even higher standard of service to all of our customers.”
