TEN Credit Union has selected Bankjoy as its new digital banking platform, according to a press release.

TENCU, a Nashville-based credit union founded in 1950, will launch Bankjoy simultaneously with its conversion to Corelation's KeyStone core processor, ensuring a single, coordinated transition for members.

Through the platform, TENCU members will gain access to consumer and business digital banking equipped with FraudSense, Bankjoy's real-time fraud prevention system, alongside integrated card controls provided through Velera. The agreement also includes options to activate Bankjoy's JoyCompass financial wellness tools and Plaid-powered account verification.

Bankjoy connects directly to KeyStone via Corelation's KeyBridge API and was the first fintech certified through Corelation's vendor program.

"A core conversion is the most important project a credit union can undertake," Michael Roussel, chief innovation officer at TENCU, said in the release. "Bankjoy has proven to work seamlessly with KeyStone, and we're confident they'll deliver the best experience for our members."

The joint launch allows TENCU to operate its new digital banking features on the new core system immediately without scheduling a secondary digital conversion.

"Credit unions moving to KeyStone want a digital partner that already knows the core," Michael Duncan, CEO of Bankjoy, said in the release. "That experience is what we bring to TENCU, along with real-time fraud protection and tools that help members do more with their money."
