TD Banknorth offers no-fee ATM card

Philadelphia Business Journal: TD Banknorth has unveiled a no-fee ATM card in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Greater New York. The card is part of the bank's strategy to market itself after its $1.9 billion acquisition of Mahwah, N.J.-based Hudson United Bancorp.
