Switch Commerce LLC last week announced it is providing an ATM portfolio management system for cellular phones with the Android operating platform.
The Irving, Texas-based ATM transaction processor said its Mobile Terminal System (Mobile TMS) App enables customers with Android phones to monitor transaction details and terminal alerts, upload photographs and adjust surcharge fees.
With the Android smartphone's Global Positioning System, Mobile TMS App users can locate ATMs nearby because the App is linked to Google Maps, company officials said.
