March 16, 2005

ONLEY, Va. - Shore Bank has signed an agreement with Nationwide Money Services, a subsidiary of Global Axcess Corp., to add 13 ATMs on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland.

Shore Bank will have exclusive marketing rights on the ATMs, featuring Shore Bank logos and branding marks. Five of the ATMs are located in Food Lion stores and eight are in the Shore Stop convenience stores. All of the machines will provide Shore Bank customers with surcharge free transactions.

Nationwide Money Services provides ATM marketing rights to financial institutions for a fee through its Branded Cash program.

The agreement will triple the Shore Bank ATM outlets on the Delmarva Peninsula, giving the bank 19 locations across its markets.

Brenda Wallace, Shore Bank senior vice president, said, "Going from six to 19 ATM locations will give our customers added convenience and easy access to their accounts while confirming our commitment to our customers and our communities. Nationwide Money Services' Branded Cash program enhances our ability to compete in a highly competitive financial services market."
