Service Desk.iQ makes the grade with Ukrainian ATM service provider

Banking technology specialist BS/2 announced this week that its Service Desk.iQ solution for business process automation has been successfully implemented by a Ukrainian company engaged in the delivery of ATMs and related technical solutions.

According to a press release, the company, whose name was withheld, serves "a large network of ATMs and other self-service devices." This provider is using Service Desk.iQ with combined modules to offer a single solution that can fulfill a number of business tasks, BS/2 said.

Service Desk.iQ modules optimize the logistics of the company, monitor the resources, keep records, fix faults and find solutions, and perform other tasks. This increases labor productivity, reduces costs and optimizes the distribution of assignments, the release said.

Service Desk.iQ functionalities have been have been evaluated in markets that include Azerbaijan, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Latvia, according to BS/2 Product Manager Aidas Saladžius.

"The effectiveness of the solution [has been] tested not only in the foreign market, but also inside BS/2, where, after the application of Service Desk.iQ, productivity has grown," he said. "So, it is perfect for banks, retail and other enterprises."
