December 16, 2004

DALLAS - Montana-based Security Armored Express is acquiring the entire suite of Morphis Inc.'s currency supply-chain-management software, according to a news release.

Security Armored Express, a cash-in-transit provider in seven northwestern states, transports more than $100 million daily. According to the release, Morphis' software solution enabled Security Armored Express to automate its vaults, field service operations, manage its ATMs and provided financial reporting, facilitating full automation and integration.

"We've had a strategic vision for automating our business for sometime," said Bryan Sandrock, president of Security Armored Express. "The Morphis suite of currency supply chain tools could not have been a better fit. … For Security Armored Express, Morphis does it all."

"There are many companies out there that have a great understanding of their business and recognize the value of automation and integration," said Doug Deitel, president of Morphis. "Morphis delivered value to Security Armored Express by leveraging our expertise enabling them to realize their dream."
