Finextra: Shares in independent ATM operator Scott Tod jumped last week after news that the company received a bid that may lead to a buyout offer. The news comes just weeks after founder and former chief executive Nicholas Tod appointed himself, Roger Tod and Neil Phillips as directors of the company.
