Rocky Mountain ATM purchases 65 contracts from Calif. ISO

May 12, 2004

DURANGO, Colo. - Rocky Mountain ATM, a Durango, Colo.-based ISO with a national sales office in Flower Mound, Texas, has purchased 65 ATM locations from ATM Card Services, based in Rocklin, Calif.

ATM Card Services will remain an active ISO and will now process any new locations on the Rocky Mountain ATM network.

The 65 contracts purchased are primarily in the northern California and Bay Areas, with some locations in Hawaii, Texas and other states.

Rocky Mountain, founded in 1999, owns or operates more than 600 terminals and provides service for an additional 200.

"We are looking for acquisitions, like ATM Card Services, that provide an opportunity for controlled growth," said Scott Tucker, the company's vice president of sales and marketing. "We believe our valuation model is very aggressive and recognizes not only current value for ATM assets but future value as well."
