Renasant Bank extended its partnership with NCR Atleos to integrate its Activate Enterprise solution for ITM and ATM software. With this solution, the bank can provide contactless card tap for its devices and simplify operations, according to a press release.
This is part of the bank's overall expansion strategy, as it recently acquired The First Bank and added its 110 branches to its network. It also plans to grow its ITM network to more than 75 devices in 2025. Atleos will handle the ATM and ITM fleet's software, field services, managed services, security, cash management and cash-in-transit.
"At Renasant, we are focused on making banking more accessible and convenient while continuing to maintain critical personal relationships," Michelle Rivers, chief experience officer, EVP at Renasant Bank, said in the release. "By teaming with Atleos, we are able to quickly and reliably provide customers with the latest features and innovations across self-service banking, resulting in exceptional experiences. This expanded relationship with Atleos enables us to manage our fleet more efficiently and effectively as we continue to grow while widening our customers' access to cash."
NCR Atleos expands self-service financial access for retailers and financial institutions who leverage our expertise, operational scale, always-on global services and constant innovation to deliver convenient self-service banking.
