Qatari CIT firm goes 'end-to-end' with cash management software

Hemaya Security Services says its newly implemented CashWebCommunity software allows real-time collaboration with customers for greater supply chain efficiency.

Hemaya Security Services, a Qatari cash-in-transit and security provider is expanding its operations into cash processing and logistics, supported by cash management software from Amsterdam-based solutions provider Transtrack.

CashWebCommunity software for cash management integrates operations at the Hemaya cash center with the company's reception and dispatch area and en route processes, creating an efficient end-to-end supply chain, a press release from Transtrack said.

The CWC cash inventory management function provides real time visibility on stock positions per denomination, quality and owner across sites, and allows online communication and data sharing between Hemaya and its clients at multiple authorization levels.

For instance, internal and external parties can share real-time information about services performed through a Web-based system that provides immediate reporting, the release said.

"We believe that CWC will ensure that we provide our clients with proactive and highest quality service," said Hemaya COO Abdulhadi Al Hajri in a statement. "The use of leading technology provided by Transtrack International is the best way to be able to execute our strategy reliably and consistently."
