Pulvermedia acquires Foreword Financial

BEVERLY, Mass. - New York-based Pulvermedia has acquired Foreword Financial, a banking and financial-services event producer.

According to a news release, the newly combined entity will maintain the Pulvermedia name, while the financial-services events division will use the Foreword Financial brand.

Foreword Financial's core team will remain in tact and will continue to focus on the financial-services sector; Pulvermedia will leverage its back-end operations, sales and marketing infrastructure to support Foreward Financial's growth.

The new entity's first event is set for fall 2007. The third-annual Foreword Financial Bank Card Conference is still slated for Oct. 11-13 in Florida.
