POPin Video Banking Collaboration, an interactive mobile video banking solution, has partnered with South Bay Credit Union in Redondo Beach, California, to provide mobile video services for the CU's 7,300 members.
POPin enables face-to-face video collaboration between financial institutions and their customers across all digital channels, facilitating nearly all banking needs via the web, personal mobile devices, or branch-based video, a press release said.
The solution plugs into the back end of existing systems, and can supplement internal branch communications, staff meetings and training sessions though face-to-face mobile video connection and collaboration.
